About

A school built for our community, in Willowbrook.

Rawdat al Quran Academy Chicago integrates top-tier academics with Quran Hifz and Deeni taalim. As an extension of the mahol that is the very foundation of every mumin household, RQA Chicago gives children a space to experience deen and dunya together — and to excel in both.

Our approach

The curriculum is robust and uniquely holistic, exceeding Illinois State Board of Education and Common Core standards. An Imani perspective is embedded throughout the curriculum, as well as taught in focused periods.

Art, music and physical education are a regular and important part of the school day, and scheduled field trips add another dimension to a comprehensive, multi-faceted education.

RQA Chicago is a school of Anjuman-e-Saifee Chicago and follows the Attalimiyah curriculum for Deeni taalim, as Imaani schools do worldwide.

Faith
Rooted in Faith

Hifz al Quran, Deeniyat and Tarbiyat are part of every day, not an addition to it.

Excellence
Committed to Excellence

ISBE-certified teachers, ISBE-compliant curricula, and a student-to-teacher ratio of no more than 10:1.

Community
Built for Our Community

A calendar aligned with Ashara Mubaraka and Ramadan al Moazzam, and Faiz ul Mawaid al Burhaniyah at lunch.

In progress Accreditation

Not yet. Accreditation in Illinois is under way, and we will publish each milestone here as it is reached.

In the meantime our teachers are ISBE-certified, our curricula are ISBE-compliant, and report cards support a transfer to any school. If accreditation matters to your decision, speak to us directly — we would rather answer your specific question than have you guess.
