Choosing Grade 3 adds your child to the waitlist — a grade opens once five students have registered.

Illinois requires certain immunizations and health examinations for school entry. Every current form is on the Parent Resources page, and our office will walk you through them.
Assistance is available and reviewed in confidence after enrollment is complete, subject to available funds. Ask us — no family should rule out RQA on cost alone.
